1) I cannot log onto my account. What should I do?

We have recently launched a new website and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that has obsoleted existing accounts. Have you created a new reseller account? If not, you can create an account through this link.

2) My bookmarks do not work. What should I do?

Most of our website URLs have changed with the launch of our new website. If your bookmark leads to our error page, simply delete your bookmark and create a new one from the correct webpage.

3) Where is the search tool?

Unfortunately, there is currently no search tool on our new website. However, we are aware that this is an essential feature, and our team is working to implement it as soon as possible.

4) Where can I find my backorder?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to view backorders on our new website. However, we are aware that this is an essential feature, and our team is working to implement it as soon as possible.

5) Where can I browse my purchase history?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to browse backorders on our new website. However, we are aware that this is an essential feature, and our team is working to implement it as soon as possible.

6) Why does my basket not display my discounts?

We are currently experiencing an error where the basket doesn’t display discounts for some customers. The discounts are included in the purchase and will be visible on the invoice. However, the intention is for the discounts to be displayed in the basket, and we are working to resolve this issue.
